We provide our clients with the top level of financial confidence and investment protection. Below you can find more about the fundamental blocks of financial certainty and protection we are offering to our clients.
Segregation of Client Funds
In accordance the rules set by Securities Market Act, all client money is kept fully segregated from our own assets in a regulated credit institution within the EU. This ensures that clients’ funds are available to them at all times, and cannot be used by us under any circumstances. These arrangements are checked and verified by our auditors.
Admiral Markets AS, a subsidiary of Admiral Markets Group AS, is a member of the Estonian guarantee fund (Tagatisfond) providing retail clients with additional financial protection. This fund will compensate 100% of all deposits of Admiral Markets AS clients (up to 20,000 Euros), in the unlikely case that the company is unable to meet its financial obligations.

All the funds deposited by clients are fully segregated from the company’s assets, meaning that the full amount of funds is kept separated from the company’s bank accounts. This procedure ensures that clients` funds cannot be used by the company, but are available for the clients at all times.
Negative Balance Protection
We compensate account deficits for Professional Clients in accordance with our Negative Balance Protection Policy, covering up to €50,000 per client. Our Retail Clients have full and unconditional protection from account deficits and are covered on per-account basis with no limits to maximum payout.
