Documents Setting Out the Terms and Conditions Governing Our Services

Before entering into the client agreement with us, you are required to review, understand, and accept the following documents, which set out the terms and conditions governing our services.

Key Information Documents

As of 1 January 2018, Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) entered into force.

Under this Regulation, certain investment products can be offered to retail investors only if the product manufacturer has prepared and provided a Key Information Document (“KID”). The KID must contain clear, relevant, and standardised information to help investors understand the nature, risks, and costs associated with the product.

Below is a list of KIDs prepared by us for the investment products we manufacture. You are strongly encouraged to carefully read the KIDs applicable to the product(s) you intend to trade, in order to fully understand their characteristics, associated risks, and cost structure, before entering into any transaction involving a product subject to the PRIIPs Regulation.

Key Investor Information Documents

Below is a list of Key Investor Information Documents (“KIIDs”) prepared by us in accordance with Directive 2009/65/EC on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS), as well as the Estonian Investment Funds Act (Investeerimisfondide seadus), which transposes the aforementioned Directive into Estonian law. These KIIDs have been prepared for investment funds made available to retail investors.

You are strongly encouraged to carefully read the KIIDs listed below to fully understand the investment objectives, risk profile, charges, and historical performance of the relevant UCITS fund, before making any investment decision.
