Promoción devolución de dinero con Admirals

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES

Con efecto a partir del 1 de Marzo de 2021

POR FAVOR LEA LOS SIGUIENTES TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ("TÉRMINOS") DETENIDAMENTE ANTES DE PARTICIPAR EN LA PROMOCIÓN DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO ("PROMOCIÓN"). LA PARTICIPACIÓN CONSTITUYE SU ACEPTACIÓN DE ESTOS TÉRMINOS. ESTOS TÉRMINOS DEBEN LEERSE EN CONJUNTO CON LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INVERSIÓN Y NUESTRA POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

1.1. The Promotion is organised by Admiral Markets AS Jordan (“Company”) and will run for unlimited period of time during which the client is making trades at one of the following account types:

  • Trade.MT5
  • Zero.MT5
  • Trade.MT4
  • Zero.MT4

1.2 As a result of the client’s trading activities during the month, the rebate rate in the amount of 1 USD per million USD of notional volume will be credited to the client’s accounts automatically during 5 first calendar days of each reporting month.

1.3 Para participar en la promoción, el cliente debe registrarse en la Sala de Trader, y abrir una de las siguientes cuentas reales: Trade.MT4, Trade.MT5, Zero.MT4 y Zero.MT5, hacer un depósito y comenzar a realizar operaciones de trading.

1.4 The client doesn’t need to claim the reward or make any specific actions to get it - the Company will provide a rebateto the client’s trading account automatically during 5 first working days of each reporting month.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 The Promotion is available for all clients aged 18 years or over who:

2.1.2 Are eligible to trade as per Company’s onboarding Client Agreements; and Have agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Both new and existing clients may participate in the promotion;

3. REGLAS PROMOCIÓN DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO DE Admirals

3.1 Estos TyCs son aplicables a los siguientes instrumentos de trading, basados ​​en las Especificaciones de Contrato:

  • Divisas
  • Materias primas
  • Índices

3.2 The rebate rate is equal to 1 USD per million USD of notional volume.

3.3 Amount of funds received on the balance of the client’s trading account as a rebate is fully available for further trading activities and withdrawal.

3.4 La rebaja según el volumen de trading mensual se calcula sobre la base de las posiciones cerradas.

3.5 If the specific position is opened for more than a month, then the rebate for this position will be calculated only after the trading session in which it will be closed.

3.6 Cada cuenta de trading puede tener solo un bono activo a la vez y cada cuenta de trading puede participar solo en una promoción proporcionada por la Compañía al mismo tiempo.

3.7 No existe un requisito de depósito mínimo para participar en la Promoción de reembolso de Admirals.

3.8 Positions with duration less than 15 minutes or with profit/loss values less than two typical spreads of the traded instruments as well as positions on single share CFDs and ETF CFDs will not be taken into consideration for calculation the rebate amount. 

3.9 If the Client places a withdrawal request or the request for the internal transfer, the rebate will not be removed from his trading account. 

3.10 Any profit earned (including floating Profit/Loss) via trading with the Promotion can be kept and withdrawn in accordance with withdrawal of funds procedure. Withdrawal fees apply.

3.11 The Client acknowledges that any indication or suspicion of any form of abuse, fraud, manipulation, in the Company’s reasonable discretion, may lead to such account’s disqualification from participation in the Promotion.

3.12 The Company reserves the right to decline registration and cancel the cashback payout of any client in the Promotion and/or disqualify any participant from the Promotion who violates or abuses these Terms or Company’s Terms of Business, and where necessary:

(a) (a) retener, cancelar y / o restar bonificaciones de la (s) cuenta (s) del Cliente;

(b) rescindir el contrato del Cliente con la Compañía;

(c) (c) bloquear la (s) cuenta (s) del Cliente debido a un comportamiento abusivo, que incluye, entre otros:

(d) cuando el Cliente, actuando por sí mismo o con otros, abra posiciones de trading que tengan el propósito o efecto de extraer el bono provisto y / o las ganancias generadas por la Promoción, sin exposición a riesgo económico, incluyendo sin limitación, pérdida de la Promoción o de su capital (o capital de otros);

(e) cuando el Cliente, actuando por sí mismo o con otros, cubra sus posiciones, lo que incluye, entre otros, mantener posiciones abiertas en una dirección, incluso a modo de ilustración únicamente, monedas únicas o correlacionadas, en períodos determinados, internamente ( usando otras cuentas mantenidas con la Compañía) o externamente (usando otras cuentas de trading mantenidas con otros Brokers).

3.13 The Company will not be liable for any adverse effects where an account has open positions or floating profit/loss which results in the Promotion being removed for any reason.

4. CONDICIONES GENERALES

4.1 The Admiral Markets Сashback promotion starts from 01.03.2021 and is valid until further notice from the Сompany’s administration. 

4.2 La Compañía se reserva el derecho de cancelar o modificar la Promoción y estos Términos sin previo aviso. Cualquier cambio en la Promoción se notificará a los participantes lo antes posible a través del correo electrónico de registro del cliente. Bajo ninguna circunstancia la Compañía será responsable de las consecuencias de cualquier alteración, enmienda, suspensión, cancelación o terminación de la Promoción.

4.3 Al participar en la Promoción, cada participante declara y consiente el procesamiento de sus datos personales recopilados y utilizados por la Compañía para procesarlos a través de medios automatizados y / o no automatizados. Los datos personales de los participantes se conservarán y utilizarán de acuerdo con la Política de privacidad de la Compañía.

4.4 La Compañía no puede aceptar ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier daño, pérdida, lesión o decepción sufrida por cualquier participante que ingrese a la Promoción o como resultado de aceptar la Promoción.

4.5 The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.

4.6 The Company will not accept any responsibility for the damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant of the Promotion. 

4.7 Notwithstanding the translated language of these Terms, the English wording shall be binding in the event of discrepancy between the two languages.
