The Best CFD Brokers of 2019: Rankings Revealed!

Every CFD broker claims to be the best. So how can you really know who has the best offer in 2019?

Deutsches Kundeninstitut (DKI) runs an annual survey in Germany to figure out the best CFD broker of the year, and in February we were excited to announce that Admiral Markets UK Ltd was crowned Germany's Best CFD Broker for 2019!

But what does this mean? How was the vote decided? And how did we score in comparison to Germany's other top CFD brokers? We'll be breaking down the award categories and rankings in this article, so you can see what is involved in being named 2019's best broker.

About the Awards

DKI's 2019 CFD Broker Customer Survey collected the opinions of 1,015 active traders between October 2018 and January 2019 to determine the rankings of Germany's best CFD brokers.

Survey participants were asked to rate their preferred CFD broker, ranking them in the categories of trading, customer service, trading platform, value for money ratio, overall satisfaction and mobile trading.

Each broker was then given a point score and star rating for each category, with the scores of the top eight CFD brokers published on DKI's website.

Best CFD Broker 2019 Rankings

Admiral Markets UK Ltd was ranked as the best CFD broker for 2019, with a score of 97.1 out of 100, and a 5-star rating. We were one of only two brokers to receive five-star rankings, with the second being WH Selfinvest.

Trading Category Rankings

In the category of Trading, we also secured the top position, with 39.3 points out of 40, and a 5-star rating. Again, Admiral Markets UK Ltd was one of only two brokers to receive five-star rankings in this category.

Trading Platform Rankings

In the trading platform category, Admiral Markets UK Ltd came second, with five stars and a score of 14.7 out of 15. This is due to us offering our clients the world's most popular trading platforms, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, as well as offering our exclusive trading plugin, MetaTrader Supreme Edition.

Client Satisfaction Rankings

For client satisfaction, we were very proud to have received the maximum score of 10 points, and another 5-star rating. Customer service has always been a core part of Admiral Markets' DNA, and seeing our efforts recognised motivates us to continue doing even better in the future.

Value for Money Rankings

When it comes to value for money, we also received the top score. Every day we look at how we can offer our clients the best value, both through superior service and trading platforms, as well as market-leading spreads, low commissions and competitive swap rates.

Order Options Rankings

The order options category grades the range of orders types brokers offer their clients, such as limit orders, stop orders, partial closing, OCO and so on. Here, Admiral Markets UK Ltd took second place, with a 5-star rating and a score of 12.8 - only 0.2 behind first place for this category!

Mobile Trading Rankings

While Admiral Markets was ranked as the best CFD Broker for 2019 overall, mobile trading was the category in which we could see room for improvement. We were given a score of 4 out of 5, and a 3-star rating.
