The North America and International segments offers a range of services, including Regulated Waste and Compliance Services (RWCS), which provides collection and processing of regulated and specialized waste, including medical (including reusable sharps disposal management services), pharmaceutical and hazardous waste, for disposal and compliance programs (under the Steri-Safe, Clinical Services, First Practice Management, SeguriMed and EnviroAssure brand names); Secure Information Destruction (SID) Services, which is engaged in the collection of personal and confidential information for secure destruction and recycling of shredded paper; and Communication and Related Services (CRS), which includes communication services such as appointment reminders, secure messaging, and event registration for hospitals.
