Settlements during Easter holidays 2011.04.21

Europe will be celebrating Easter from 22 to 25 April. This means that the pan-European payment clearing system will be closed during this period. This will result in inability of European banks to conduct any domestic or international settlements.

The time required by the payment to reach its destination may be longer if there is a public holiday in the country of the beneficiary's or correspondent bank.

Banks belonging to SEB group will send all regular payments to the beneficiary’s and/or intermediary bank on 27th of April.

The company advice all our customers, who planned to commit money operations during holiday to contact their banks for specification schedule of payments and take into consideration possible delays in the processing of funds transfer to trading accounts, as well as withdrawals.
