Roberto spent 11 years designing trading and decision-making systems for traders and fund managers. Later, he spent a further 13 years at S&P, working with professional investors learning about their investment criteria, information requirements and decision-making processes.

Over the last 8 years or so, he has taken an interest in learning about the science of decision-making and some of the thinking biases that stop people from making good decisions.

Roberto has a BSc in Economics and an MBA and has been an active investor since the mid-1990s.
